With Black Forest’s new day-long, Personal Protection Handgun Selection Event, you will come away with a wealth of knowledge and confidence to help you make the right choice about which gun is best for you!
Which Personal Protection Handgun is Right for You?

Black Forest is pleased to offer a unique and valuable opportunity to help you decide which personal protection handgun is right for you. With so many guns on the market today (and so many differing opinions about those guns), it’s important for you to make your own choice - and this event is designed to help you do exactly that.

In Black Forest’s safe, fun, and educational environment, we take you right to the outdoor range where you’ll have an opportunity to carefully examine, shoot, and objectively compare 20 popular personal protection handguns. And while you’re trying out the different guns, we’ll be right there to help you think through the many different elements which impact your decision about which gun is best for you.
Is the Ammo included?
Yes! We not only provide you with 20 different guns to examine and shoot, but we provide you with all the ammo you’ll need to test whichever guns you choose to shoot. In addition, we provide you with the protection you’ll need for your eyes and ears.

Enjoy a Delicious Homemade Lunch!

It’s a perfect break in the middle of the day to sit around the table, enjoy a great lunch, and talk about your experiences at the range. Our much-loved lunches (including vegan options) are prepared fresh for you to enjoy. (Plus, there will be drinks and snacks available throughout the entire event!)

What time and How Long?
​
The event begins at 9:00am and ends at 4:30pm. For those who can stay longer, there is a sunset campfire with hot dogs and smores from 4:30 - 6:30pm. This is not only a great time to talk more about the guns you’ve tested, but it’s a great way to end the day!

One, All-Inclusive Cost
​
The all-inclusive cost for this event is just $100 ($110 if you’ll be joining us for the sunset campfire meal.)
Black Forest has no business relationships with any gunmakers which allows us to be completely objective and honest with you as we help you think through which gun is right for you. Black Forest is compensated in no way for any recommendations we may make about specific guns. At Black Forest, it’s all about you!
